Saturday, April 28. World of Women Program and luncheon at Grace Church in Madison, at which two of our leaders, Kathy Bryan and Margaret Dohnalek,will be honored for outstanding service in the Parish. 12-3 p.m. Call the office for details.

Tuesday, April 24, Eve of the Feast of St. Mark the Evangelist. At 10 a.m., our usual time for Morning Prayer, we will celebrate the Holy Eucharist, for St. Mark's Day.

Sunday, April 29, Confirmation Day at Trinity and St. Philip's Cathedral. Max Condie and Justin Barnish, who have been prepared for the Bishop's laying of hands by The Rev. Sister Barbara Jean Packer, will be confirmed. The service is at 2 p.m., and a car pool will form at the church at 12:30 p.m.

There will be a special social hour following the 10 o'clock Eucharist on May 6, honoring our confirmands and their families.

The search committee for a new rector has been appointed by the vestry. Bill Grier is chair of the committee with Don Martin as co-chair.

The committee of eleven comprises a good cross-section of the congregation, including one of the young men to be confirmed this month.

The first meeting of the search committee, with Canon Jacobs, and with Terry Perkins -- who will facilitate the early stages of the search -- is Sunday, April 22.
