The Rev. Lorna Erixson
The Reverend Lorna Erixson was called to the rectorship of St. Mark's in May 2019.
Mother Lorna served previously as the rector at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Perry, Georgia, since 2013. Born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland, she holds degrees from the University of Ulster, Troy State University, and the University of Cambridge. She obtained her Master of Divinity from the School of Theology at the University of the South.
She has also served as a hospital chaplain at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga., and as assistant rector at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, also in Columbus, Ga.
The Rev. Erixson is the mother of two grown and married sons and proud grandmother of baby Greta. She is excited to be in Mendham and looks forward to serving the wonderful congregation that is St. Mark's.
